yoga and covid-19

Picture
we've all had our world turned upside-down by coronavirus

yoga is extremely beneficial in these times, both for reducing stress and anxiety and in keeping us strong and healthy

although some venues are re-opening, and face-to-face classes are becoming a possibility again, some people are still anxious about keeping safe in these circumstances

if that's you, then online classes might suit you

benefits of live online classes

if you're anything like me, I might think I'm going to use yoga youtube clips or my DVD regularly, but something else crops up instead, and I don't

but if I commit to a live online class at a regular time each week, then I'm much more likely to  do my yoga practice

in a live online class, I can see the other students, and have a chat to them, so I feel I'm part of a community, all practicing yoga together at the same time, which is very powerful

as a teacher, I can answer questions, and tailor classes to suit the participants, so you get a more personal experience

afraid of technology?

Zoom is being used by millions of people since lockdown, and many students who were afraid they wouldn't be able to use it, now get on fine with it

I'm very happy to help my students get started with Zoom if necessary
