relaxation classes
In this busy and stressful world, being able to relax is so important for our health and well-being. The effects of stress on the body and mind are well-known, but it's not easy to slow down and switch off. Through my many years of yoga practice, I've learned techniques that have certainly helped me to relax and alleviate my anxiety. I love to share these now in my yoga and relaxation classes.
