In this busy and stressful world, being able to relax is so important for our health and well-being. The effects of stress on the body and mind are well-known, but it's not easy to slow down and switch off. Through my many years of yoga practice, I've learned techniques that have helped me to relax and alleviate my anxiety. I love to share these now in my yoga and relaxation classes.
